RESERVATION POLICIES:

Payment of a non-refundable deposit is required to secure a spot for all of our programs. See each program listing for deposit requirements. All deposits are non-refundable. Each program listing indicates specific dates for early registration vs. late registration tuition cost. Please be mindful of these dates to insure you are able to take advantage our our early payment discounts. There is an additional discount when registering as a first time vision quest participant and in the Guide Training Program at the same time. Please see details regarding this additional discount on our Guide Training Page. A phone interview is required for all vision quest programs and guide training program.

CANCELLATION POLICY All program deposits are non-refundable. All other tuition payments are refundable up until the indicated time in which full payment is required. See specific program information below.

Vision Quest Programs Within the USA: Program deposits are non refundable. Full payment is required not later then six weeks prior to the program start date. Should you cancel inside of the six weeks prior to the start date all tuition payments are considered non-refundable.

Ceremonial Guide Training Program: All Program deposits are non-refundable. There are various payment options available for the Guide Training. Please refer to the Guide Training page for this information. Because you have been accepted into a training that has limited spots and a fixed budget, once the first training sessions begins you are then responsible for the full tuition cost of the sixteen month long training. There are six training sessions over the course of sixteen months. You are allowed to miss one of these sessions with the understanding that you can make it up the following year with the next training group. You remain responsible for paying for all training sessions within the training cycle that you begin your training. You will not be charged for returning the following year to make up a missed session.

Seasons of Womanhood Program:

All Other Weekend Programs WithIn The USA: This includes Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Sunday programs. All Program deposits are non refundable. Full payment of tuition costs are due not later then four weeks prior to program start date. Should you cancel inside of the four weeks prior to the program start date all tuition payments are considered non-refundable.

All Other International Programs Outside Of The USA: 1) Weekend programs (Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Sunday): All program deposits are non refundable. All tuition costs are due not later then six weeks prior to program start date. Should you cancel inside of the six weeks prior to the program start date all tuition payments are considered non-refundable. 2) Vision Quest Programs: All tuition costs are due not later then eight weeks prior to program start date. Should you cancel inside of the eight weeks prior to the program start date all tuition payments are considered non-refundable.

CHECK-IN: Once you enroll in one of our programs you will receive a welcome letter with details on preparations, what to bring and travel recommendations. Specific program locations will be listed separately on each program page.

Lodging: Lodging for the majority of our programs will be tent camping. Some of our weekend programs will allow for car camping (no electrical hookup) or offsite lodging. Please contact us at hello@RitesofPassageCouncil.org if you wish to inquire about car or off site lodging possibilities. We can also recommend lodging options for you both before and after your program should you need a place to stay on either end of your program do to your travel needs. You will be responsible for securing your own lodging outside of your time with us.

Meals: All meals are provided and included with your tuition costs for all programs. The one exception to this is session five of the guide training program in which we will share the cost and cooking for this training session.

Transportation: You are responsible for your transportation to and from programs. For international programs and other programs outside of our home base in the Asheville North Carolina region we will offer a shared google docs page to assist in the coordination shared travel arrangements and to track arrival and departure times for staff and participants.

MEDICAL CONCERNS: You will be required to complete a medical screening form as part of your registration. If you have specific medical concerns please contact the Rites of Passage Council Guide for your specific program to discuss these concerns. See each program page for a listing of guides that are facilitating your program.
